Sound Card

when i try to add a sound card in my VM across hardware \ add ... i can not see any sound card. how can i get it ?

Which version of Proxmox VE are you running?

If you have a somewhat current version you should have an "Audio Device" when adding new hardware to your VM.

I have the Virtual Environment 5.3-5. Then i must to upgrade to 6.1

That's a good idea anyway. 5.3 is old, 5.4 will be EOL in a few month https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/FAQ
