Some problems

Hi ,I don't know I have posted in right place or wrong place cause I am a new user.

I can not connect to my home router via the standard IP It does not even show an error message. I have looked up to this site: (link is external) but did not find much. Also there were other sites like (link is external) so it is possible that my router can have a different IP than the standard one? How can I be sure of the router IP?
