Hello,

i would like to use a TLS encryption on my proxmox smtp gateway, so i went to "Mail Proxy" -> "TLS" and activated "Enable TLS" and "Enable TLS Logging"

I can see that proxmox has generated the needed certificate files at /etc/pmg/

It seems that proxmox dont use this certificate. There are no tls log entrys in mail.log and syslog

If i check my smtp server with a external smtp ssl check service, there is a "startls not supported" message

I would like to enforce the tls usage for a couple of domains.

what can i do?

We use opportunistic TLS encryption, so we only encrypt if receiver support encryptions.
