Sharing of the card from the host machine to the guest machine

Can anyone let me know how to share the card from the host machine to the guest machine.

lspci is showing hardware card.
02:00.0 Network controller: Dialogic Corporation PRI (rev 01)

I tried hostpci: 02:00.0 by editing vm.con file but does not work.

Please advice.

Hi,
you are sure, that no module of the host use the card allready? Look with "lspci -v". Passthrough depends on Motherboard/Chipset (I don't have experience with that, but there was some threads about that).
