Several "real" smtp servers

Hi all.
I'm trying to understand proxmox mail gw and have one doubt.
I have several dedicated servers with some different domains.
I want to set up a clustered proxmox mail gateway to filter all domain's incoming emails.
If I take a look at the proxmox web gui, I can set a smtp relay server, but just one of them for all relayed domains.
How can I set different SMTP servers for different domains?
How do you manage this?
