and then I created a bridge with ip 192.168.1.1 mask 255.255.255.0
and pointed to a gateway th0, after that I started to reboot the primary server but I have not started


to correct the error, I have only LiveCD and ssh

sorry - but I understand your posting not right...
What Do you mean with "I have not started"??

Can you provide the networkconfig of the pve-host (/etc/network/interfaces) and the VM?

Have you tried your network-config in your office (not at a colocation/provider)? Because some provider allow only one mac-address on one port.
