Hi,

i am using Proxmox since more than five years. I have a problem which was not solved by a debian/proxmox upgrade.
My server keeps resetting approx. one time at one/two weeks. The problem is that i have an openvz vm wich runs mysql and after every reset, the DB is crashed.

I have changed two Motherboards, HDDs, power source, but the problem was not solved. Here are some infos about my system:

Proxmox 2.3-13/7946f1f1

uname -a
Linux radio-mh 2.6.32-19-pve #1 SMP Wed May 15 07:32:52 CEST 2013 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Hardware:
2 x 320 Gb Hdd, raid
1 x AMD FX 3 8150 8 core cpu
16 Gb DDR 3 Kingston
2 NICs

Do you have any ideea how can i solve this problem, or how to monitor/investigate it?

Thank you,
Marius

as to investigate, try the syslog, obviously.
did you try different ram modules?

Marco

Hi,

thanks for reply. No, i haven't changed yet the RAM, the server is located in a server room and i have to plan this intervention.
What sould i search exactly in syslog?
