Secondary HD for Backups

I realize that this may not be the intended way to use Proxmox but it's what I have to deal with at the moment. We're using Proxmox as a 1:1 virtualization setup for our server. Because I did not realize that bios RAID was not a true RAID and thus unsupported by Proxmox, we're running with just one hard drive. We have a secondary hard drive in the machine that I'd like to use for backups. What I don't know is how to get that setup within proxmox and start doing nightly backups.
