Ryzen NPT bug fix backport

TLDR: due to bug in NPT mechanism passthrough'ed GPU showes much worse performance inside VM.
One dirty workarournd is disabling NPT for particular machine, which leads to degraded performance.

Patch already exists and merged to mainline kernel:

So, question - any chance this patch will be backported to Proxmox kernel?
