[SOLVED] Restore Snapshot using command line

Good Morning Everybody,

i played with my proxmox and now i cannot access the GUI :p

i wanted to know if i can restore the last snapshot using command line :)

hi,

try the command qmrestore, man qmrestore will help you
 
Proxmox isn't snapshotting the rootfs by its own. You can restore snapshots of VMs/LXCs using the qm rollback and pct rollback commands but that wouldn't help you if you screwed up your proxmox itself.

if you post the following:
* pveversion -v
* journalctl -xe > my_journal.txt (attach the resulting file here)

then maybe it's fixable

i changed the Hostname and it is not working now, i tried to rename the Hostname as before, (i did that) everything seems like before but doesnt work.
 
i fixed it, i dont know how but the Firewall had problem and i had to add the proxmox port into accepted list. :)
