Restore from PBS backup to a new VM instead of overwritting current VM?

Hi, testing PBS 1.0-1 (from ISO) together with PVE 6.3-3 (on debian 10 host) I'm not able to restore from a backup (of VM 100) to a new VM (eg VM 101)? The "VM" field of the VM/backup/restore popup menu is not editable, if I click on Restore I get "VM 100 - Restore. This will permanently erase current VM data.". I stopped VM 100 and was able to restore (after stopping running VM 100), but in some case it would be more practical to restore to a fresh new VM to have both current and backup side by side.

But may be I missed an option somewhere? Thanks for your help.

Thanks ! datacenter/node expand gives storage view with pbs and then indeed new vmid on restore .
