Remote desktop video lagging or glitching and audio out of sync?

Hello i use remote desktop to connect to a windows 10 VM so i can get the sound and video from it. Problem is if I'm watching a youtube video or netflix on it. I get video that is a little slow and out of sync with the audio. I do not know if it is the pcie video passthrough or it is the remote desktop it' self.

Is there a better desktop with sound that i can try to see if this is the problem or is it something else?

You could try SPICE, but on Windows, this is not that great in comparison to Linux-on-Linux.

If your Proxmox VE version is up to date you can also try to set the "Video Streaming" option within the SPICE enhancements for the VM. This might give useable results. See https://your-pve-server:8006/pve-docs/chapter-qm.html#qm_spice_enhancements
Replace "your-pve-server" with the IP of your PVE Server to open the documentation page.

Hello im using normal desktop becuase I'm not home much and i remote desktop in for things including some small gaming.

I looked eveything over gpu passthrough works i can see everything but the lagging on video and audio out of sync is to much.
