[SOLVED] Read-Only user?

Hi,
I use PVE 6.2. I have Win 10 and Debian virtual machines. I cab use and control both virtual machines by novnc or SPICE as a root. But I want to create user who can ONLY open the Win10 or Debian virtual machines and use them by noVNC or SPICE. Nothing else?!

I tyed to create user but can not assign role to it?
