Quarantine of spam level 0

Hello,
a few of our emails will be stored in quarantine with a spam level of 0.
The spam level of 0 is correct. But why will this email handled as spam?

hi,

query this email via the tracking center and check it against your rule setup. If you do not find the reason, just send the log from the tracking center and your rule config (backup via web) to support@proxmox.com
