pve 4.4 lxc backup

i have upgraded an 4.x to last 4.4 release my datastore virtual machine (kvm) is in classic LVM fs.
in a test fresh install of 4.4 i show the new layout of lvm+lvm-thin fs.

i have non problem with my configuration in kvm machine, but i need to create some lxc vm container and i not understand if i can backup/snapshot whitout downtime if i use only LVM (vzdump) snapshot mode or i need LVMthin model fs.

some post in forum confused me.

To do a backup in snapshot mode of a container you need lvm-thin, as lvm doesn't provide snapshot capability.
