Proxmox won't work

I need help I've install proxmox on our hpe proliant ml350 gen10 ,the installation was successful but when i'am trying to access it on a web browser it seems to be unreachable then when i tried to ping my gateway from proxmox it says request time out.

what should i do to make it work?

what URL are you using?
are you putting the 8006 at the end for the port
i.e.
https://192.168.0.100:8006/

the same with my server unit and yes i also put port at the end on it

when i tried to ping my gateway on proxmox it say destination unreachable

try the steps in this post

when you loaded Proxmox did you use the defaults for the network or did you type then in manually?

If you typed then in manually then maybe try to re-install with the defaults as it will point to if there is a driver problem as it says in the above link.
