Proxmox VM with 3 network devices (need help)

Hello,

I am using Proxmox VE 6 with OVH Dedicated server.

I create a VM and add 3 network devices in it (eth0, eth1, eth2) with Rate limit using virtio model.

I setup OVH failover ip in every network device (every device has its own ip and all ips are accessable to internet).

But rate limit is not working with eth1, eth2, If i set rate limit to 1MB/s to eth1 and eth2 it doesn't work.

But if i set rate limit 1MB/s for eth0 it limits network devices.

I want to use rate limit on every device please help me out.
