The Proxmox VE 6.2 setup process stops after DHCP config and don't enter the SETUP GUI if the primary GPU is AMD and a second Nvidia GPU is present.
The setup hangs after the DCHP "done" message - after several minutes the message "\nInstallation aborted - unable to continue...." appears and the setup ends.

This behavior seems to be consistent as I could verify it on:
older AMD AM3+ systems with var. ASUS MBs with FX-6100 and FX-6300 with AMD FX580 as primary GPU and a Nvidia RTX 2060 KO as secondary GPU (tested both in BIOS and UEFI mode).
as well with a new AMD AM4 ASUS Pro WS X570-ACE with RYZEN Pro 4750G using the APU as primary GPU and Nivida RTX 2060 KO as secondary GPU (tested UEFI only).
(all systems were properly configured with IOMMU, SVM and SR-IOV enabled)

It seems as the setup always checks for the first listed PCI GPU (lspci) and tries to use this GPU for the setup process.
(using GRUB options like "amd_iommu=on vfio-pci.ids=10de:1e89" fail to work)

Has anyone any idea how to force the x windows based setup of proxmox to use a specific GPU (like the amd gpu)?
