We found a solution for this which will be shipped in one of the next versions. For now, you should be okay if you run pveceph mgr destroy $(hostname) on that node. Reboot it or run systemctl try-reload-or-restart pvedaemon.service pveproxy.service and create the MGR manually either via the GUI or the CLI.
