Proxmox top 10 hogs

Hello every one.

Currently, I have problems in case monitor Proxmox version 4.4 in Graphite in Plugin Proxmox top 10 hogs in Grafana, I have researched External Metric Server but not connection and can not checking reason why occur error.

File Config proxmox:

graphite:
server Graphite.tma.com.vn
port 2003
path proxmox

File Config Graphite:

[carbon]
pattern = ^carbon\.
retentions = 60:90d

[proxmox]
pattern = ^proxmox\.
retentions = 60:30d

[default_1min_for_1day]
pattern = .*
retentions = 60s:1d

Please give me idea or key word fixed problems.

you have to configure your carbon to listen on port 2003 with udp
