Proxmox subscription and change to new server

Good afternoon:
I have a Proxmox subscription for one year on a 2 CPU server.
I have a new physical server, same brand and model as the previous one, but with better CPU and Memory. It is in RAID 10 with 4 HD.
My question is if I change the 4 disks of the old server to the new one, will Proxmox work? And if it worked, the license would continue to serve in the new physical server?

I already understand that the subscription key is fixed.
My second question is: If I change the old server disk to the new server, will Proxmox boot with all the files, virtual machines and configurations?

If you are you using the exact same raid card in the new server, the install will probably boot normally. If you're using a different raid card, this might be a problem/impossible.
