Proxmox on Broadcom 9440-8i

Hi,
we have new server hardware with broadcom sas 9440-8i.
Debian doesnt recognized raid controller and single drives on that controller.
Has anybody allready installed debian with a 9440-8i for proxmox?

I have 9460-xx on Deb9 with 4.16 backported kernel, default kernel doesn't worked.

okay, but you have to install debian on a disk not connected to the controller? I cant start installation because debian didnt find a valid controller

At the moment i try to install with proxmox iso, looks good at the moment. Will send results later

Hi, with proxmox ISO 5.2-1 and UEFI mode installation works and system is usable.
