Proxmox Cluster (2 nodes) change IP adres

Hello,

I have 2 nodes that are in a cluster.
The nodes have an ip adres like 192.168.1.250 and 192.168.1.251

The 2 servers are being moved to the datacenter, where i get external IP's (other subnet etc)

Is it possible to change the IP addresses, and keep the nodes + cluster working?
