Proxmox 6.1 installation stucked

Hi, I am currently struggling with a very weird issues. I am trying to install Proxmox 6.1 from USB to my brand new build.
The installation always stuck at Loading initial ramdisk ...

I turned off CSM mode, fast boot mode, secure boot in bios but nothing helped - the result is still the same. UEFI or legacy boot also doesn't help.
The bootable USB is made with dd and I also tried out etcher in Windows.

Can you guys please give me some hints/support because currently I am completely out of any ideas.

MB - ASUS TUF X299 MARK 2
Processor - Intel Core i9-10940X
RAM - 128GB HyperX 3200 MHz DDR4 CL16 Predator
SSD - WD Black SN750 NVMe SSD 500 GB

if all else fails, you can install pve on top of debian https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Install_Proxmox_VE_on_Debian_Buster
