The Atheros Card is vmbr0 on eth0
The Intel Card with IRQ19 is vmbr1 on eth1
The Intel Card with IRQ18 is vmbr2 on eth2

What does the Error Message mean ?
Temporarily after the Error i have not any Network Connection on my
VM !! Then i put the Network Cable out and in. Then it works.

Hi,

Did you try the irqpoll suggestion? In the file /etc/default/grub change

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet"
to
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet irqpoll"

Then save the file and run "update-grub"

/K
