Probleme mit Proxmox Installer auf SUN FIRE X4450

are you booting using a physical cd/dvd drive? or a virtual one? or a usb stick?

and a PVE 4.4 iso works?

could you boot a debian stretch or ubuntu zesty livecd and check with which device path the cd drive is mapped?

strange.. when you are dropped to the debug shell, what does the following command say?

Code:
mount -t iso9660 -o ro /dev/sr0 /mnt

Fabian, in the shell my keyboard has no function !!!
KVM keyboard -> no function.
USB keyboard -> no function.

????

Peter

that is a known issue unfortunately :-/ I hope to get to the root of this and finally fix it for the PVE 5.0 installer - in the meantime, you could install over a regular Debian installation (Jessie for PVE 4.4, Stretch for the PVE 5.x Beta):
