Problem with MAC address reservation?

Hello,

I have a big problem, i hope somebody has this error apart from me

I rented a server from Kimsufi (Kimsufi 16G), and i have problems with the network, with KVM virtualization.

When i assign a mac address for an ip, all of my vps-es gone down. Not the system, just the network.

The OVH Support said, they can't help.

I guess your server is only allowed to use one MAC? If so, you need to use a routed setup.
