Problem with ballooning

Hello,

I have a problem with ballooning, which was not present before.

My problem is that my VMs see ballooning, which was not the case before.

For example, I assign 4GB of RAM to my vm, with ballooning, it will have its assigned ram vary, whereas before it only saw 4GB.
This causes problems such as Out of memory, Not enough memory with some software.

I use version 6.0-9.

This has always been the case. That's the purpose of ballooning, so I'm not sure I understand the problem
