At me Proxmox 2.0 beta after I have made aptitude safe-upgrade with wheeze
I have received an error
Can't locate HTTP/Daemon.pm in @INC (@INC Contains: /etc/perl .....
pvedaemon failed

Seems you install is broken somehow. That file is part of 'libwww-perl', and 'pve-manager' package depends on that.

My file etc/apt/sources.list

deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian squeeze main contrib

# PVE packages provided by proxmox.com
deb http://download.proxmox.com/debian squeeze pve

# security updates
deb http://security.debian.org/ squeeze/updates main contrib

deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian wheezy main contrib

# PVE packages provided by proxmox.com
deb http://download.proxmox.com/debian wheezy pve

# security updates
deb http://security.debian.org/ wheezy/updates main contrib

I was updated from two sources unfortunately.
Whether there are commands to make uninstall or to repair system.

I will hope that your council will help. Wanted to ask when new versions qemu-kvm are expected?
