PCI passfrough stuck on SEABIOS again but new

I was running older version of proxmox and passed SCSI controller to one of the machines.
After update to new version this pass through no longer works but I can still pass GPUs.
This is what I am passing:
03:00.0 SCSI storage controller: LSI Logic / Symbios Logic SAS1068E PCI-Express Fusion-MPT SAS (rev 08)

Part of config:
hostpci0: 03:00,pcie=1
machine: q35

Not sure what other information might be useful but I was unable to find solution to this issue.

Also noticed that wen forwarding the card I get error on consol
