Ok so i follow all the steps and heard the video card kick in for the first time of weeks of reading and many failed trys

I used "hostpci0: 01:00.0,pcie=1" but had to remove it at it seems to also move over the pci nic card to that VM as well.

is there a way to just have the pic that i want to use and not all of them ?
when i add "hostpci0: 01:00.0,pcie=1" the video card fans kick in but the nic drops and we loose internet as we also have a VM router doing all the work. when i remove "hostpci0: 01:00.0,pcie=1" follow by an reboot all works fine.

thoughts ?
is not "03:03.0 VGA compatible controller: Matrox " below, im using GPU Card dedicated to VM 103

first: please dont bump the thread without new information

second: your question is confusing:

you ask about gpu(?) passthrough and that is does remove your nic when you use 01:00.0 which is your nic according to

01:00.0 Ethernet controller: Broadcom Limited NetXtreme II BCM5709 Gigabit Ethernet (rev 20)

and say that your gpu is not 03:03.0, but this is the only gpu which is visible in the lspci output
