Only eth0 working in VM, eth1 to eth4 does not work.

What is the purpose of having multiple IP's on the same network? That's is a very unusual configuration and the only way I know to make it work in a reasonable way is to have them all on the same physical interface.

ETA: And given that this is a VM and the physical interface is as fast as your machine's memory, there's no reason to have separate interfaces.

I am using Promox WHMCS plugin to setup, and it sets up physical interface only. Thats why.
