omnios napp-it no_root_squash

I am unable to create openvz container on NFS share. I read somewhere that no_root_squash parameter needs to be added on the NFS share on omnios napp-it. I cannot find the way to do it from napp-it web interface. Does it have to be done through terminal command? If yes, please let me know how?

Hi Kamurral,

That can be confusing indeed.
You have the set the NFS sharing on at the ZFS filesystem.
But instead of giving the default value of "on" please give NFS arguments like:

rw=@192.168.20.0/24,root=@192.168.20.0/24tank/databackup/onlinebackup

The section root.... does the trick.
For further NFS rights issues please also check the aclmode and aclinherit parameters of the ZFS filesystem
