it is related

on the local network there is a VM which has PBS installed.
Once I "shutdown now" the VM all the grey went away.

When this happens "ERROR: VM 251101 qmp command 'guest-fsfreeze-thaw' failed - got timeout" in several tasks at the same time all servers are grayed out are coming back little by little.
