we are not getting NDR reports for bounced/rejected/undelivered emails to internal sender, if we checked the logs it's showing that our email was rejected due to invalid address of remote recipient or IP was on blacklist, but users didn't get any bounce emails.

We are using Proxmox Mail Gateway 7.1-1 to send and receive emails from our Microsoft exchange 2016 server.

From a quick look it seems that it does work fine?
the email from vijendra.choudhary@truworth.com to vijendra.choudhary200720072007@gmail.com was rejected by the gmail mailservers (because the recipient-address does not exist) - and then

your PMG sends a NDR/bounce to vijendra.choudhary@truworth.com about the failed delivery?

am I missing something?
but sender (vijendra.choudhary@truworth.com ) didn't receive the NDR/bounce email about the failed delivery. does any specific settings require on PMG or exchange server to receive these failed delivery emails. we have 2 mail server along with the DAG.

The log you posted (if possible please post it as text the next time, since it's far easier to read/quote it) says that:
mail.truworth.com[192.168.3.11]:25 accepted the mail for delivery and is responsible to send it to the recipient:
250 2.6.0 <20220125052611.A0FC09C1201@ex-mg.truworth.com> [InternalId=11678016077942, Hostname=TWEXMBX01.truworth.com] 21907 bytes in 0.171, 125.006 KB/sec Queued mail for delivery

I would check the logs on that system - or ask the admin of that system what happened to the bounce

after checked the exchange logs, we found that exchange ANTISPAM agent was rejecting to these bounce/undelivered/rejected emails, and now we are getting these bounce back mails after added PMG IP address on exchange transport rules policy to bypass SPAM check detections.
