No visible new resources on clean proxmox installation 7+

When I try to add a new resource, it does not appear on the left side. This includes directories, disks, etc. I am using the latest version.

maybe a stupid question: did you try to refresh the webui ?
if yes, what does systemctl status pvestatd say?
