No Turkish keyboard layout choice

Hi,

I recently migrated two of our production servers to latest 2.0. On 1.9 there was no Turkish keyboard layout while installing pve but I was able to choose from web gui once I install it. With 2.0 there is no Turkish keyboard layout choise while installing but there is none in the web gui - datacenter options neither. /usr/share/kvm/keymaps/tr exists so why no option in gui? And how can I set it to TR manually?

EDIT: Well, I changed my PC(Debian 6) keyboard layout to en-us to see if it works. So it start to work in Java VNC Console as TR layout, wierd.

Thanks, I also have another problem with vnc console, but I will fill a bug report instead.
