New Server

Hi

I just transferred to new server with version 6.2.3 and all is working well.

I wonder is it possible to transfer the var/spool/pmg folder to the new server for the spammails
I tried just to copy them but they are not showing up in the web-interface, new spammails are well visible

I checked the rights and they appear to be oke
Is there a way to import these spammails to the new server ??

no it's not that easy i am afraid

we keep track of the spam quarantine in our database and those will not be backed up

what *could* work is to connect both servers via a cluster, let them sync and then split the cluster and promote the second server
note that i did not test this, but it could work, best test it first (and always have backups)
