Hi,
I will install with RAID.
But i coudn't decide.

Server configuration is,
2* Xeon E5-2620v4 CPU
64GB (16GB*4 ) DDR4 / 2400 RAM
-------

I'm not sure about the choice of disks and RAID
Which would be more logical to use?
4* 480GB SSD or
2* 960GB SSD

or

Would it be your other suggestion?

I think installed Proxmox on thats SSD and maybe DB / CRM Server.
I want speed + security in same time.

Note: I will use extra 4* 8TB RAID6 for VMs

Best Regards

Are all devices SAS? If not, change that.
Are the SSDs 12 Gbit SAS? If yes, use 4x480 GB for better speed.
Don't use 4x8 TB for RAID6, it'll be very slow compared to the SSDs. Use more spindles, e.g. 8 disks.

I'd never use 3,5'' in a server anymore. We use 2,5'' only for at least 5 years.

I use disks sas 3,5" in raid-10, its an excellent performance. About SSD I think is better 04 x 480 in raid-10.
