my proxmox can't change anything...please help!

Hi everyone,
i got some trouble and i don't know how to solve it, i'm a begineer on proxmox. few days ago i'm trying to make a cluster in the different physical machine but i think i had to cancel it so i erase the cluster configuration,no problem! and then i'm trying to make schedule for do backup, i create it once a week! but one day, it's make my proxmox error. i don't know where i do mistake! i'm trying to remove schedule backup but it failed with error like this :

"unable to open file '/etc/pve/vzdump.cron.tmp.3611' - Permission denied (500)"

my vm still running, everything's allrigh but i need to change the RAM and found this error :

"unable to open file '/etc/pve/nodes/hosting/qemu-server/102.conf.tmp.3611' - Permission denied (500)"

i don't know what to do...
please advice
