Modify the temporary storage path during virus mail scanning

I found that the virus scan will download the email attachment to /tmp, the file name is like /tmp/.proxdump_30352_1030AB61A576B8874EE/Shiipping_Docs-1.html, how can I change the temporary directory to /app, I don't want to store it in /tmp

this is hardcoded in the source and not configurable.
