Hi all, in my proxmox 6.3-6 I have a windows 10 virtual machine with a virtual HD attached to the virtual bus sata and I would like to move it to the scsi bus. I have tried to detach it and attach again on the scsi bus or add another HD attached to the scsi bus and with clonezilla clone the sata disk to the scsi disk but the problem is ever the same: windows 10 can't boot from scsi disk. There is some tricks to clone the scsi hd on a scsi HD that can boot windows?

Best regards

The problem has been solved but I don't know how... I have created another scsi disk, duplicated the sata drive to the scsi drive using clonezilla then I have detached the sata drive and modify the boot order adding the new scsi drive in all the same ways I have done previously with only a differnce: now the machine boot successfully from the scsi drive...

Have you a great day
