Minimal setup for HA.

I am trying to create a cluster with high availability at the lowest possible cost. My hardware base configuration for server nodes is:

● Single i7-4790
● 32 GB RAM
● Motherboard with iAMT (one integrated network card) eth3 used as vmbr0.
● 2 HardDisks SATA3 with 2TB (sda, sdb)
● 1 SSD 120GB (sdc)
● 4 additional network cards (1Gbps).

My proposed setup is:

3 servers in a ceph cluster with one bond for VM's service and one bond for ceph cluster.
The SSD is used for osd journal and PVE filesystem root is replicated on two HD's.

What you think about this configuration? What additional hardware you think is needed?
