So now let's butter up the fish, we have the following problem here.

The Veeam license is expiring for our HyperV single nodes and we are switching to Proxmox Cluster. But now we have to decide whether we rent the agent version from Veeam or wait until PBS becomes stable. I don't want a fixed date right now, just a personal evaluation. A Windows Agent would be enough for us.

While we plan on implementing a windows agent at some point - it will (most likely from today's perspective) not be available for the initial 1.0 release of PBS.

You can of course backup your Windows guests from PVE (a VM level backup) already!
