Please before ask questions not related to pmg: ALWAYS look at smtp logs: the bounced status is caused by YOUR internal smtp server.
 
Hello, thanks for your comment. This error is shown by the log of my Relay server, it accepts the message, but it bounces for that reason. It happens with only one users of the sender domain, all the other senders of that domain enter their mail perfectly.
That's why I want to know what the cause may be, maybe a bad configuration on my side, but I think the logical thing is to ask here. All this happens on my Relay PMG server.

You should see your mail server (I assume: 172.16.5.233) reject with the message "Message is not RFC compliant"
So it's your mail server that actually does not accept the message.
The only thing pmg could do is to bounce back the mail to the sender.

Thankx for your fast reply and help. I am now reviewing your suggestion. Is correct (172.16.5.233) this an internal SMTP server
