MacOs Bug Sur GPU passthrough not working

Is this a place to get help for MacOS passthrough on ProxMox?
I have passthrough working for Windows 10 and Ubuntu 20, but I can't get Big Sur to boot with a GPU passed through. (Big Sur boots when the GPU passthrough is removed.)

I didn't dump the ROM because GPU passthrough is working for Linux and Windows without that.
