Hi,
I've a Prox4.4 using NFS to a storage and a mount point into a LXC as a raw file, and want to convert into a mount point on LXC Proxmox 5.2 on zfs (that use subvols). How can achieve that?

Tried to follow this link, but file or fdisk commands not showing start sector. Don't know if .img file is the same as .raw. Or if can be mounted as loop device?

thanks in advance!

Hi,
You can easy create a backup in Pmx 4.4 and them copy the buckup file on Pmx 5.2. Then restore from this backup in a new CT.

Thanks for reply guletz. The problem is that pmx 4.4 is against an extremely slow storage to write. That's why I want to read directly on pmx 5.2 (I can connect NFS storage to read from) and write on local pmx 5.2 ZFS.

Just to close this, I finally move the raw file to a local disk, point the correct disk on .cfg file, VM worked again on local disk, created a backup, and restored on Prox5.2 without any problem.
Thanks for the help.
