what happens ?
i was thinking that buying new hardware with 10Gb nic for ceph , then SAS HDD, bi proc ... will do Promox work better : this not the case.

dd if=/dev/zero of=here bs=1G count=1 oflag=direct ==> stuck to 56 MB/s ... with 10Gb nic and SAS 15000Tr/mn

why cloning VM (full mode) take so many time ??? (ceph had is own 10Gb nic ... , corosync is own gigabit nic ....)

Very likely due to the clock skew. Get all nodes to run with the same time.

hey !!
Thank you alwin .
For clock , it's ok. (perhaps the first init of Ceph ..., becaus all my nodes are deploy with timesync from systemd)

for the first erro, more complicated : the image disk is from Ct template.
And i can't remove it. (at this step i just use GUI)
