License generation from 1 to 5

Greetings!
I hope everyone is well.

I have a question regarding license generation for Proxmox Mail Gateway. The organization I currently work for uses Proxmox Standard with 1 domain license. We purchased a license upgrade for 5 domains from Maurer IT Shop.

Now the issue is that Maurer IT Shop wants me to enter all of the domains NOW to generate the license. We were kinda hoping it would let us enter a few domains now and then later we could generate another license. Although, logically I can see why they would only allow one-time license generation.

This is what it says on the site:
Once you have created a software license file no changes on your submitted data can be made.

Cutting to the point, I have three domains right now but I don't want to end up wasting the money I paid for a 5 domain license.

Any way around this?

changes of the domain list can be requested at support@proxmox.com.
so just generate what you need now and if you need a change, submit a request to support.

I have been trying to send an email to support@proxmox.com but keep on receiving the following error continuously.

I need to change one the domains in the licensed generated immediately. How can I please pursue this request if proxomox.com won't accept my emails?

Your mail is simply 'greylisted' - it will get delivered within a few minutes usually.

But I guess your request is already ansewered now?
 
I have the same poroblem with v5 license key, I try to migrate to v5 but the software dont accept my license key. How can I receive the correct v5 key?Thank you very much

just email all details to support@proxmox.com (the issue above is already solved).
