KVM->Proxmox->VM?

i have installed proxmox as a virtual machine on a kvm host(Centos 8)
it starts and works, but I can't start virtual machines that I created in proxmox itself
error - "TASK ERROR: KVM virtualization configured, but not available. Either disable in VM configuration or enable in BIOS."
I will draw a diagram to make it clear
kvm -> proxmox -> virtual machine - which won't start
tell me how to fix it?

First, this is not a supported installation.

But it looks like your Centos KVM host does have nesting enabled, e.g. https://www.server-world.info/en/note?os=CentOS_8&p=kvm&f=8

i have included nested install on centos
correctly understood that vm in proxmox will not work with my scheme?

... the error message tells that you do not have nesting enabled or passed to your VM.

But this is not a Proxmox VE question, its a KVM setting on Centos.
